Your wedding day is one of the most meaningful milestones in life. At Hart’s Celebration Center LLC, we are honored to provide an affordable and flexible wedding venue in Marion, Indiana where couples can gather with family and friends to celebrate their love.



Located on nearly 8 acres of property, our 25,000 square foot indoor facility offers generous event space, privacy, and versatility. Whether you envision an elegant indoor reception or a developing outdoor ceremony setting, our venue provides room to create a wedding day that reflects your vision and your budget.


We proudly serve Marion, Gas City, Huntington, Wabash, and surrounding Indiana communities within a 100-mile radius.

Large Indoor Wedding Reception Space

Our large indoor venue areas can accommodate up to approximately 300 guests depending on layout. Because our building was formerly a school, it offers expansive rooms at both ends of the facility, each with separate entryways. A central entrance is also available.

Outdoor Wedding Opportunities on 8 Acres

Hart’s Celebration Center sits on nearly 8 acres of property that includes:



  • Open green space
  • A playground
  • Basketball courts


At this time, use of the outdoor property is included as a bonus with your room rental. For outdoor weddings, we ensure the playground will not be used by other groups during the actual wedding ceremony to preserve the atmosphere of your event.


We are continuing to develop our outdoor wedding venue space and may introduce additional outdoor ceremony options in the future. At that time, separate pricing for outdoor weddings may apply.


Currently, we provide approximately a dozen wooden park benches for outdoor use. Additional outdoor seating would need to be rented independently.

Booking & Deposit Information

To secure your wedding date:

  • A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking
  • For large venues, deposits become non-refundable within 60 days of the event
  • For small venues, deposits become non-refundable within 30 days
  • Full payment must be made at least 10 days prior to your event


State law allows 3 working days to cancel after signing your contract.

If booking within 10 days of your event date:

  • Payment must be made in full with cash
  • Booking is non-refundable


Last-minute bookings may be permitted if space is available. In certain cases, weekend bookings may be discounted to weekday rates. Please call for availability and details.

Alcohol Policy & Safety Requirements

We do not hold and will not apply for a liquor license.



If alcohol is served at your wedding venue, the following is required:


  • A signed waiver of responsibility
  • Event insurance covering alcohol consumption (often available through homeowner’s insurance policies for weddings)
  • An insured bartender provided by you
  • Documentation submitted at least 10 days prior to the event


We strongly encourage responsible consumption and expect clients to manage their event respectfully. Our venue is located within a neighborhood community, and we are committed to maintaining a safe environment for our neighbors, guests, and families. If necessary, local authorities will be contacted to address any safety concerns.

Decorating & Setup Flexibility

We understand how important décor is to your wedding day. You may decorate your room anytime prior to your event if there are no other scheduled events, as long as arrangements are made in advance with us.

For all indoor venues, we plan to provide enough seating and tables for each room.



For larger venues:


  • Clients are responsible for setting up and taking down tables and chairs.
  • Setup and teardown services may be provided for an additional fee.
  • Guests are responsible for picking up non-vacuumable items and placing them in provided trash containers.

Our goal is to provide flexibility while keeping rental costs affordable.

Multiple Weddings & Privacy Considerations

Because of our large facility layout, we are equipped to host multiple venues at the same time. Large event areas are located at opposite ends of the building, each with separate entrances.



Participants are respectfully asked, through posted signage, to remain within their designated area to ensure privacy for all events taking place.
