Setup, Decorating & Room Preparation

For larger venues:

• Clients are responsible for table and chair setup and teardown.
• Setup assistance may be provided for an additional fee.
• Guests are responsible for placing non-vacuumable trash in provided containers.

If no other events are scheduled, you may arrange to prepare or decorate your space ahead of time with preapproval.

Booking & Payment Information

To secure your corporate event date:



• A 50% deposit is required
• Deposits for large venues are non-refundable within 60 days
• Deposits for small venues are non-refundable within 30 days
• Full payment must be completed at least 10 days prior to the event

Events booked within 10 days of the date must be paid in full with cash and are non-refundable.

State law allows 3 working days to cancel after signing your contract.

Alcohol Policy for Corporate Events

Hart’s Celebration Center does not hold a liquor license.

If alcohol will be served during your corporate function, the following requirements must be met:



• Signed waiver of responsibility
• Proof of event insurance covering alcohol consumption
• An insured bartender provided by the renter
• All documentation submitted at least 10 days before the event

We expect professional conduct and responsible service. Our facility is located within a residential community, and we prioritize safety and respect for our neighbors.

8 Acres of Outdoor Property

Our property includes nearly 8 acres with green space, playground, and basketball courts.

While most corporate events are held indoors, outdoor areas may be used as a bonus with your rental at this time. This space can be ideal for:

• Youth organization events

Outdoor seating is limited to approximately a dozen wooden park benches. Additional arrangements would need to be coordinated separately.
