Flexible Spaces for Weddings, Parties & Corporate Events
At Hart’s Celebration Center LLC, we offer a wide variety of event rooms for rent in Marion, Indiana to accommodate gatherings of all sizes. Our 25,000 square foot facility — formerly a local school — has been thoughtfully repurposed into a versatile indoor event center with multiple room options under one roof.
Whether you are planning a wedding reception, birthday party, corporate meeting, or community event, we have the space to match your guest count and your budget.
All rental rooms include exterior windows for natural light, and our layout allows multiple events to take place at the same time while maintaining privacy and organization.

The Great Room (Gym) – Our Largest Event Space
Dimensions: 56’ x 80’
Total Size: 4,480 square feet
Ceiling Height: 22 feet (open ceiling)
Capacity:
- 300 guests seated at tables
- Up to 640 guests in chairs only
The Great Room is our most spacious and versatile rental area. This large open space is ideal for:
- Wedding receptions
- Corporate banquets
- Community fundraisers
- Graduation parties
- Church events
- Large birthday celebrations
- Indoor bounce house setups
The entire room is carpeted for comfort. Six basketball goals may be removed or folded against the walls if desired.
Amenities include:
- Adjacent men’s and women’s restrooms (1 stall each)
- Commercial kitchen next to the room (not available at this time)
- Optional coat check room
If you are searching for a large indoor event venue in Marion that can comfortably host up to 300 seated guests, the Great Room is an excellent option.
The West Room (Rooms 7 & 8)
Dimensions: 30’ x 64’
Total Size: 1,920 square feet
Ceiling Height: 9’3” drop ceiling
Capacity:
- 120 guests seated at tables
- 250 guests in chairs only
The West Room is a flexible mid-size event space and can be divided into two sections if needed.
Features include:
- 2/3 carpet and 1/3 laminate wood-grain flooring
- Sink and refrigerator
- Coat hanging area
This room is well-suited for:
- Medium-sized wedding receptions
- Business events
- Bridal and baby showers
- Church gatherings
- Anniversary parties
It offers a balance of space and intimacy for mid-sized events.
Rooms 3–8 – Versatile Mid-Size Options
Each of these rooms measures approximately 30’ x 32’ (960 square feet) with a 9’3” drop ceiling height.

Room #5 – Kid’s Room
- Mostly tile (original classroom character)

Designed for Jr. High age and up, this room includes:
- Full-size pool table
- Ping pong table
- Large air hockey table
- Corn hole
- Hand washing sink
The Game Room provides built-in entertainment, making it ideal for youth parties and teen events.

Currently used year-round as an extension of our gift shop and not available for rental.
Room #12
Former Conference Room (approximately 500 square feet).

Office space or future nature center (approximately 250 square feet).

Room #1 – All Occasion & Brides Room
Size: Approximately 14’ x 30’ (420 square feet)
Ceiling Height: 8 feet
Capacity:
- 24 guests seated at tables
This cozy, carpeted room includes ceramic tile on one end with a non-commercial kitchen area. It also features an adjoining unisex bathroom for privacy and convenience.

- Bridal preparation space
- Small meetings
- Baby showers
- Intimate gatherings

Because our facility was originally a school, we are uniquely equipped to host multiple events at the same time.
Our building includes:
- Large event areas at opposite ends
- Separate entryways for each side
- A central entrance option
- Centrally located large restrooms
- Signage to maintain respectful separation between events
This setup allows privacy and flexibility while maximizing availability for our clients.
Seating, Setup & Decorating
We plan to provide enough tables and seating for each rented room.
For larger venues:
- Renters are responsible for setting up and taking down tables and chairs
- Setup services may be provided for an additional fee
- Non-vacuumable trash must be placed in provided containers
You may decorate your room ahead of your event if no other events are scheduled and arrangements are made in advance.
