Our Great Room (4,480 square feet) features:

Setup & Decorating Flexibility
We plan to have enough tables and seating available for each rented room.
For larger venues:
- Clients are responsible for setup and teardown of tables and chairs
- Setup services may be provided for an additional fee
- Trash must be disposed of in provided containers
You may decorate your room prior to your event if there are no other scheduled events and arrangements are made in advance.
These policies help us keep rental rates affordable while still offering flexibility.
8 Acres of Bonus Outdoor Property
Our property includes nearly 8 acres of outdoor space, including:

- Basketball courts
At this time, use of the outdoor property is included as a bonus with your room rental.
For outdoor weddings or events, we ensure that the playground will not be used by other groups during the ceremony. We are continuing to develop our outdoor venue potential and may expand those offerings in the future.

Alcohol Policy
We do not hold a liquor license.
If alcohol is to be served at your event, the following requirements must be met:
- Signed waiver of responsibility
- Event insurance covering alcohol consumption
- An insured bartender
- Documentation provided at least 10 days before the event
We prioritize safety and respect for our surrounding neighborhood community.
Booking & Payment Information
To secure your event date:
- A 50% deposit is required
- Large venue deposits become non-refundable within 60 days
- Small venue deposits become non-refundable within 30 days
- Final payment must be completed at least 10 days prior to the event
Events booked within 10 days must be paid in full with cash and are non-refundable.
State law allows 3 working days to cancel after signing your contract.
