Decorating & Setup Policies

We want your indoor event space to reflect your vision.

You may decorate your room in advance if no other events are scheduled and arrangements are made beforehand.



For all rooms:


  • We plan to provide enough tables and seating
  • For larger events, renters handle setup and teardown
  • Setup services may be available for an additional fee
  • Non-vacuumable trash must be placed in provided containers


These policies help us keep rental pricing affordable while maintaining flexibility.

Booking & Payment Information

To reserve your indoor event space:



  • A 50% deposit is required
  • Large venue deposits become non-refundable within 60 days
  • Small venue deposits become non-refundable within 30 days
  • Full payment is due at least 10 days before the event


Bookings made within 10 days must be paid in full with cash and are non-refundable.


State law allows 3 working days to cancel after signing your contract.
